This page contains the most-requested material produced by Project Bucephalus for the FLL Challenge competition. This is based on over a decade of FLL participation, as well as collaboration with other veteran Australia teams. 2021 FLL Challenge Community Conference: An extensive presentation covering both the “Nuts and Bolts” as well as Best Practices from veteran Australian teams. The material is worth checking out regardless of the season – look at the video index to skip to an area of particular interest.

On August 26th 2023, Project Bucephalus partnered with Team Apollo and Creator Academy to host the “Make Your Masterpiece” FLL training session for coaches and teams. This event unpacked the Masterpiece FLL Challenge season and provided tips and techniques to teams around the world.
