Project Bucephalus is running Recruit Information Days for those interested in joining our team for the 2026 “Rebuilt” season. Register your interest and visit our workshop to discover the world of FIRST Robotics!

Join 5985: the Project Bucephalus FRC Team
- Compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition, an International STEM event for high-school students.
- Join a team of students from across the Illawarra.
- Develop a wide range of Technical, Creative and Life skills!
- Open to all high-school students, especially years 7-10 in 2026

More Than Robots…
- No experience is necessary.
- 5985 needs writers and artists as much as engineers and programmers!
- Particularly in need of students interested in public speaking, writing, CAD, graphic design, photography and filmmaking
- Meet with teams from around the world!

Information Day
- Who: Students and Parent/Guardian(s)
- Where: Building X, TAFE NSW Wollongong Campus (90 Foleys Lane, North Wollongong)
- When: 9th August
– 11:00am – 12:30pm: Info Session (Parent required)
– 12:30pm – 1:30pm: BBQ lunch
– 1:30pm – 3:30pm: Workshop Tour/ Hands-On activities.
